RETURN POLICIES

GENERAL 30-DAY POLICY

Merchandise purchased online at drlomilomi.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in like-new condition with the original packaging.

Customers must notify our customer service at cust_support@drlomilomi.com within 7 days of arrival if a package is found with missing merchandise, visible damages, or defects for further assistance.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. The refund process can take 5-10 business days upon package arrival at our return department. Once processed, you will receive an email notification about your return/exchange.

20% of the purchase price will be subjected as shipping and handling fees, which are not refundable.

15% of the purchase price will be subjected as a restocking fee if the returned item arrived condition is not new or like new condition.

The products listed below are considered not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Disposable cover sheets, if opened packaging.

  • Soft Goods (covers, sheets, blankets, etc.), if used or washed.

  • Purchased open-Box condition items.

  • Customized items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

An exchange is only eligible for certain merchandise. Merchandise can only be exchanged into different colors with the same price in the same style.

To exchange, mark EXCHANGE on the RMA form included in the return package and the item(s) you would like to exchange.

If an exchange is not eligible, a refund will be processed instead.

RMA FORM

All returns must provide proof of original purchase to obtain a DR.LOMILOMI Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Please send us the filled-out RMA Request Form, print and put it inside the return packaging.

*Any non-DR.LOMILOMI product sent back to our return center will be disposed. DR.LOMILOMI is not liable to ship back/replace Non-DR.LOMILOMI items.

*DR.LOMILOMI Limited reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise and the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
