Our warranty coverage for Massage Table & Chairs
Our limited warranty guarantees DR.LOMILOMI massage tables and chairs, including Headrest Cradle, Armrest Shelf, Arm Sling, Face Pillow, and Side Arm extensions, excluding carry case, frame, foam, and upholstery.
Our warranty exclusively covers defects in workmanship and materials. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, altered or removed parts. Additionally, damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, spills, lack of maintenance, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications to the product will result in the warranty being voided.
The period of warranty coverage
One (1) year for the Headrest Cradle, Armrest Shelf, Arm Sling, and Side Arm Extensions purchased in Brand-New condition.
Thirty (30) days for the stools and massage supplies purchase in Open-Box condition.
The customer is responsible to provide proof of original purchase, and shipping the product(s) back to our Return Department at the customer's expense for any warranty claim. We will return the warranted product (or replacement) for free to the customers in the continental U.S.
Our duty under the warranty is limited to repairing defective parts or replacing parts as needed to remove malfunction from defects in material as covered by our warranty. DR.LOMILOMI reserves the right to improve the design and function of any product without any duty to improve a product previously manufactured and released.

Our warranty coverage for Stools and Massage Supplies
Our limited warranty guarantees DR.LOMILOMI massage stools and supplies, including Wheel Casters, Gas Lift Cylinder, Leg Base, Headrest Cradle, Armrest Shelf, Arm Sling, Face Pillow, Side Arm extensions and Covers, excluding foam and upholstery.
The warranty covers only defects in workmanship and materials. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or to altered or removed parts. Additionally, it does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, spills, lack of maintenance, exposure to extreme conditions, or modifications to the product. Incidental and consequential costs - such as charges for storage, rentals, shipping, transportation, or any inconvenience, loss of income, or loss of time - are also not covered.
